On February 10, 2024, the Executive Vice Chairman (Grade-1) of Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), Mr. Md. Fashiullah, inaugurated the process of inclusion of the official staff of the organization in the public pension scheme at the head office of JCF. Ms. Marina Akther, Deputy Executive Director of JCF gave the welcome speech where Mr. Md. Azadul Kabir Arzoo, Founder and Executive Director of Jagarani Chakra Foundation was present as the Chairman. The Executive Director of the Authority Muhammed Mazedul Haque, Director (Admin & HR Department & CIB Management Section) Md. Nure Alom Mahadi and other officials of MRA gave speeches in the event. In his speech, the Chief Guest mentioned in detail about the government’s universal pension scheme. He said JCF is the first MFI to include their staff in the pension scheme.
