Goal/Objectives
- Provide immediate access to equitable learning opportunities in a safe and protective environment to crisis-affected refugee and host community children and youth (ages 3-24 year-olds).
- Improve quality of teaching and learning for refugee and host community children and youth, aligned with Education Sector standards, and increase teaching-related professional development opportunities.
- Children and adolescents (8-18 years old) gained Transferable skills which contribute to their economic engagement.
- Children and adolescents (8-18 years old) boys and girls are able to identify negative coping mechanisms and access protective services to avoid them (through life skill training and psychosocial support)
Major Component/Activities
- Establishing initial community discussion, identification of spaces and starting process of establishing 150 LCs
- Training of teachers and instructors
- Organizing Annual sports and cultural events in the LCs
- Conducting orientation of staff on program goal, expected results, operational modalities and strategies, monthly coordination meeting etc.
- Providing training to staff on EPRP/CCDRR
- Conducting C4DiE activities for Community Mobilization
- Establishing of 16 MPCs (Construction 12 in camp and rent for 4 in host)
- Training of teachers and other project personnel on Foundational package (Literacy-numeracy, Vocational, LSB)
- Making necessary classroom start-up and teaching learning materials available for 64 AMCs
- Training of instructor and other project personnel
- Conducting C4DiE activities for Community Mobilization
- 100 rented ABAL in host community
- Training of teachers and other project personnel on Foundational package (ABAL)
- Conducting C4DiE activities for Community Mobilization
- Establishing 32 MCP centers in Rohingya Refugee Camp
- Making classroom materials, Start up materials supply for MCP centers.
- Conducting orientation of all PNGO staff on programme goal, expected results, operational modalities and strategies, monthly coordination meeting etc.
- Conducting C4DiE activities for Community Mobilization
