Children Health Safety Forum Developed in Rangpur

JCF facilitated development of health safety forum in the catchment areas of 40 Government Primary Schools of Gangachara & Taragonj upazila under Rangpur district. The forum will work for ensuring the children remain healthy through sharing meeting with community. They are also providing guidance on how children themselves take care of their health and be safe from diseases. The Education Support Officers held weekly discussion sessions where both boys and girls are participating. The topics of discussion are: brushing teeth in regular basis, washing hands, cut hair and nail regularly, use soap while bathing etc. The children are also advised sharing the bigger problems with their parents or elder siblings.
