Goal/Objectives
More than 1400 marginalized people (1400 families) in 0ne districts in Bangladesh and India can effectively use their new skills to generate (climate) resilient income, improve their access to rights and public services, and engage in policy discourse with government agencies from local to national levels.
Major Component/Activities
Capacity building for programme participants at the local level in the area of income generation, risk reduction strategies
Creating resilient income opportunities
Establishment of civil society organisations (CSOs) from local to regional level
Capacity building rights, organisational management and planning for CSOs
Dialogue between CSOs and government actors from local to national level
Documentation and processing of advocacy issues at micro level
Visibility and public events on the impacts of climate change and preparation of recommendations for policy dialogue with government agencies
