JCF is implementing a project titled: Eco-friendly Carp and Prawn Polyculture Extension Project with Traceability Facilities in Jashore and Jhenaidah district with a goal to build up income generation of targeted fish farm through environmentally sustainable Practices. As a part of that project goal a series infrastructure development intervention of fish selling points are taken. One fish selling point in Keshobpur Upazila under Jashore district has been developed as project guideline and named as the Model Fish Selling Point of Katakhali. UNO of Keshobpur Upazila was present at the opening ceremony as Chief Guest. The local fish traders have expressed their satisfaction after removing the long lasting unhygienic situation, mismanagement and waterlogging of the selling point.
